the room had a strong smoke smell, and the hallways were pretty dirty. but the staff was really nice, and i appreciated being able to smoke in my room. the queen bed was super comfy, and everything worked well. also, the internet speed was great for streaming.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It felt quite clean and well-maintained.

I encountered noise issues during my stay, with loud neighbors disrupting my sleep. Also, the lack of cleaning service during my three nights was quite disappointing and unexpected.

This place fits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. I remember my first visit, when the staff kindly helped with my bags. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

While staying here, I loved being able to stroll over to Crystal Lake, which is just a bit over 3 km away, and appreciate its peaceful views, and with several landmarks like the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie and Grande Prairie Museum around 5 km away, it made my weekend filled with delightful walks through the city's cultural spots. however, it would be nice if they improved the room maintenance a bit.

The queen room was clean and had great amenities like a private bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioning. I loved having my cat with me, and the coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Plus, it's pet-friendly!

The buttery croissants from the local cafe were a real treat, perfect for fueling up between adventures! Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Collette at the desk who went above and beyond to help. The super clean rooms made for a comfy stay to recharge after a busy day.

However, getting hot water felt like waiting for a cowboy to ride in at sunset. Plus, those tiny rooms could use a bit more elbow room. you'll be elbowing your pals more than you’d like!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed during my stay, although the room had noticeable wear and the key card system was frustratingly unreliable. Overall, it was a decent experience considering the location and price.

I had a decent stay with clean rooms and excellent housekeeping. The pet policy was really appreciated. However, breakfast options could definitely improve.
